About the business

Ray White Derby was purchased by Ray White Broome in January 2017, since then we have seen amazing results from our team and a great responce from the local community. Due to a property manager relocating we are seeking a licensed property manager to join our team who is able to adapt to our office environment which specialises in a personalised approach to all our clients and are focused on forming good relationships.

About the role

You will inherit a portfolio of around 80 properties which is currently being managed by an experienced Property Manager. You will be supported by a shared Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and will be expected to manage the portfolio liaising with all clients, monitoring arrears, leasing, performing in-going, routine and final inspections and ensuring maintenance is dealt with in a timely manner.

The role would also suit someone looking to get experience in selling property as you will be required to provide administrative support to Ray White Derby Sales Department in a professional and efficient manner.
