Collaborating with the strongest Principal that constantly deliver the best results for both clients and vendors, we are seeking a Sales Associate to collaborate in the sale of Sydney's most sought after properties.
 

The Role:
Joining a high consistent performing individual that has been honoured for over the last 20+ years, this is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication and of course, results, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the management of up to 10 plus property campaigns at any one time
• Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Handling  all potential buyer enquiries
• Email, appointment and diary management
• Buyer call backs following open homes
• Setting up & collecting signboards
• Database prospecting, development and maintenance
• Attending weekly sales meetings & training
• General administration duties

 
The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• The desire to learn and success
• Extremely organised!
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• A valid driver's license
• Strong administration and communication skills
