About the role

Calling all Property Managers who are thinking about getting out of Property Management but don't want out of Real Estate altogether. Perfect opportunity for you to keep the knowledge that you have built up over the years and pass it on to more Junior PM's. YES, that's right, no more managing a portfolio - YOU get to uterlise all of your existing skills set to provide support to the property management team!

The ideal candidate

• At least 2-3 years experience managing a property management portfolio - Strong understanding of property management
• Strong exposure to REST, FILESMART, INSPECT REAL ESTATE - Must consider oneself as an expert in these systems!
• Must have strong administration skills
• Must love technology!
• Must enjoy working in a fun and positive team
• Must have excellent communication both written and verbal
• Patience and problem solving ability
