2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE - PROPERTY MANAGER & SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER!!

Our client is known in Melbourne as being at the top tier of the real estate industry. Specialising in brand new developments they are now an international business and employ over 50 staff in their beautiful South Yarra & CBD offices. Boasting great staff retention, a reward & recognition program second to none, social club, amazing incentives and Christmas Parties to name a few. Most importantly, they have a business structure that works and supports their staff. Every Property Manager is provided with all the tools they need to succeed - leasing & admin support, iPhone & iPad, your own car park in South Yarra & the CBD with 24 hour access and a portfolio size that is actually manageable (no more than 150).

 

As the successful applicant your key responsibilities will be:

  • Successful management of 150 properties (Minimum)
  • Building relationships with landlords & investors
  • Ensuring enquiries and maintenance requests are actioned and followed up in a timely manner
  • Complete regular rent reviews on properties and communicate this with the landlord
  • Manage lease renewal processes
  • Follow up rental arrears
  • Assist with landlord statement enquiries
  • Preparing for and attending VCAT where required.

 

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Property Manager (Essential)
  • Completed Agents Representative Certificate and Full Clean Drivers License (Essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of accountability and attention to detail
  • A mature work ethic and a drive to achieve incredible results
  • Impeccable work ethics and presentation

 

We have two positions available for a Property Manager and also a Senior Property Manager.

If you're an Assistant who is ready for the next step then this position will allow you the opportunity to genuinely learn and develop into a property management role with your own portfolio. Its a great chance to learn from someone experienced who will teach you how to do things the right way.

Or you may be an experienced Property Manager who is ready to step up as a Senior and wants a more supportive, professional & fun environment where you can actually get your job done as there is endless support for you.
