My client is an expanding residential and commercial development group based in Melbourne’s CBD.  Due to an internal restructure they are now looking to add an Acquisitions Director with a passion for the property industry to join their Melbourne team.   

This position will have a strategic market focus on Victoria where you will use your strong network of contacts for the acquisition of development sites.  You will be supported by a team of Analysts and a strong financial backing.

As the Acquisitions Director you will ;

• Have a thorough understanding and experience with the development acquisition process from end to end
• Have the ability to confidently advise and identify on and off market sites in the Victorian market
• Have the ability to prepare and present due diligent reports and supporting feasibility studies using Estate Master
• Provide expert opinion in relation to risk, cost saving  and financial cash flow on potential sites
• Negotiate with potential agents / vendors on development sites
• Communicate with all stakeholders

To be considered for this opportunity you will have a proven background of successfully acquiring residential and commercial development sites.  You will of course also have a strong background in producing feasibility reports and due diligence.
