RetPro is a dynamic, rapidly growing specialist retail property service provider. Our pillars of expertise are Shopping Centre Management, Retail Strategic Advisory Services and Retail Leasing.

This role will enable you to join RetPro's Head Office team of passionate, high performing and dedicated retail property professionals.  Working closely with the Regional Asset Manager, your key responsibility will be to assist with the operational and tenancy delivery requirements across our key Victorian regional centres.

As an Operations Manager, you will also be responsible for the following:

  • Planning of repair, maintenance and upgrading works to meet customer and retailer requirements
  • Providing required reports and informal feedback about operations management
  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of key developments in retail facility management
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the property through capital expenditures
  • Ensuring the Centre’s daily cleanliness, security and repair is at agreed standard
  • Ensuring customer and retailer safety
  • Maintaining procedures for identifying and rectifying day-to-day building problems
  • Risk management

To be successful in this role you must have extensive experience working as an Operations Manager within a property / facility.  It is essential that you have knowledge of basic Word and Excel spreadsheets, knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management and knowledge of business, management principles and practices and project management principles and practices.

You must love working with people as you will be dealing with retailer and customer demands, be able to work on your own to complete required work to standards and within constraints of operating budget.  

This is a part-time, casual position working 16 hours a week across two days.
