What's the role?
JLL provides Residential & Commercial Valuation and Advisory Services across Australia in both the mortgage and non-mortgage streams.
Due to a high volume of work, we are currently seeking an experienced Residential Valuer to join our team in the rapidly growing and vibrant city of Newcastle - the 7th largest city in the country. In this role you will form a part of our growing team who enjoy dedicated market-leading administrative support, allowing you to spend your working time completing valuations and not chasing paperwork or booking runs.
We are looking for senior, experienced professionals and Valuers commencing their career with a desire to develop and grow their experience and knowledge. If you are motivated, self-driven with good attention to detail and have the desire to grow your valuation career with a global firm, then we want to hear from you.

Successful candidates must hold current Associate Membership (AAPI) or Provisional Membership (PMAPI) of the Australian Property Institute with RPV or CPV status, Current Certificate of Compliance, Current Risk Management Module Certificate, and possess an open driver's licence.
