We are looking for an individual that shows leadership, is friendly and passionate about delivering great customer service and engaging with the community.

The role:

This is a hands-on role - you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, promotion, administration and operation of high quality facilities and services that support a diverse range of community functions with the Central Coast area. Building relationships in the community will be key as well as having an understanding of managing facilities projects.

Duties

• Effectively take and process bookings for managed community facilities

• Daily management of the facility including administration, usage, promotion, development, bookings, payment of fees and charges
• Face to face, telephone and electronic enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Site visits and inspections

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Frontline Management/ Project Management or relevant discipline (or have relevant industry experience)
• Class C Drivers Licence
• Extensive administration and/or office management experience
• Demonstrated relevant experience in managing projects
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
