My client is a Tier 1 telecommunication organisation who is seeking a Lease Administrator to ensure site records are accurate and lease obligations fulfilled.

About The Role:

Responsible for all site related lease admin queries
Review and approve monthly rent roll
Managing and resolve lessor breach notices and disputed rent claims
Processing of invoices and purchase orders
Audit of lease terms on SAP and ensure accuracy highlighting any training requirements or gaps

To Be Successful:

5+ years' experience in corporate property management/commercial lease
Experience in telecommunications property role
Ability to manage numerous matters at any given time
Excellent stakeholder management skills
