This company are expanding their professional property management department and are offering an exciting career opportunity for the right Property Management who will be managing a portfolio of 170 in the Western Suburbs.

They run a highly structured team and are known for providing an exceptionally high level of service to tenants and landlords while keeping great staff longevity throughout the business. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Routine inspections
• Liaising with tenants/landlords
• Open for inspections
• Outgoing and ingoing condition reports
• Maintenance and repairs
• Tribunal appearances
• Disbursements

To be considered for this role you ideally will have:

• Previous experience in Residential Property Management 
• Current Victorian Drivers License
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Hold your Agents Representative Certificate (Essential)
