SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Our client is located CBD fringe and is a very successful and progressive premium agency.
This position is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with shared company cars available for use during the day.
- A min of 3 years experience in a Property Manager position with a current portfolio size being a min of 120.
- Ideally have some experience in guiding an Assistant PM or small team.
- Must have a current certificate of real estate registration.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude".
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must have a valid Qld drivers licence.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY - You enjoy a positive, fun and vibrant work place.
