Our Client is a top performing boutique office dedicated to delivering their high profile clients a real estate service of unrivalled quality. Operating in the foreshore of Sydney Harbour amongst grand residences, luxurious apartments and Sydney’s most prominent clientele for over 85 years, this is an office built on a trusted reputation and outstanding records. Currently seeking the newest addition to their Property Management team, this role will suit an ambitious individual looking to step up their career.
  
As the new Senior Property Manager, this role will see you utilise your communication, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Working with a fantastic Department Head on a high end, well-maintained portfolio and with a Leasing Consultant to support you, your day to day duties will include but not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of 140 properties with the assistance from a Property Manager
• Effectively liaise with landlords 
• Conducting repairs and maintenances
• Rental arrears management
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
• Manage a Property Manager and a Leasing Consultant
• NO weekends, NO leasing and NO accounts

  
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is ready to join one of Sydney’s most exclusive teams. You will have:

• A current Certificate of Registration
• Your own car and a valid driver’s license
• Previous Real Estate Experience is essential   
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner
• You must be capable of providing a 6-star service
• Work well with targets & a lucrative commission structure!
