Our company is one of Australia's premier residential project marketing organisation. We work closely with Australia's premier residential developers and is looking for our next China Relationship Manager to work closely with our team, to manage our existing relationships and grow our network in the market.

The role is to work closely with the Marketing and sales teams, to build/manage relationships with developers and our sales agents locally and in China. The role needs to maintain client relationships and drive sales results. The China Relationship Manager is required to travel regularly to China and attend various industry functions and sales/promotional events. You are also required to train our agents on projects we are selling and manage the negotiation process as well as guide them throughout the sales process and any queries they may have to close deals. You are also required to host tour groups of potential investors/buyers from China.

Who are you?

Must – haves

  • In-depth knowledge & understanding of multiple projects across Apartments and House & Land;
  • Knowledgeable of current property market conditions;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills;
  • Ability to close and assist in closing sales;
  • Customer lead generation experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in training a sales team off shore to reach & exceed sales targets; 
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and coordinating sales strategies and promotional activities; and
  • Hold a current Real Estate License/Certificate.
