Our client is a household name in residential real estate in the Eastern Suburbs and are extremely dominant across the markets they sell in. They have multiple office locations and a team of top performing agents (a number write over $1m GCI). They boast a premium brand, awesome training platforms and technology, as well as a dynamic, forward thinking culture.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager for their Eastern Suburbs office.
The Position
- Prospect and network for new business
- Convert leads from the sales team
- Meet with landlords and secure their business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and buyers
- Attend networking events to establish key relationships
- Cold calling for new business opportunities
The Person
- Previous experience in business development or new business role
- High level of communication and people skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car
- Must be driven with a resilient personality
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload

- $75K-$80K package OTE $150K
