John Pye Real Estate is looking for an Assistant/ Trainee Property Manager.
No experience necessary! A rare opportunity …an entry level position in Property Management is being offered for the first time for over 3 years. Your opportunity to join a highly successful team which has just won in its class, a National Award for Property Management services.
You will be professionally trained in every aspect of Property Management. A formal traineeship may also be offered.
If you are looking for a career path to take on responsibility to manage your own portfolio and are capable of being trained in -
- Property management - inspections, reports, repairs & maintenance
- Financial management - but not ‘End of Month
- Tenant management – selection and communication with tenants
- Overall liaison with Landlords and Tenants.

· Desiring a career in Real Estate or you are studying for, or you hold a Certificate of Registration (OR Real Estate License) plus a Driver’s License and you own a motor vehicle
· A professional in your current service to clients and customers
· Computer literate and are willing to learn our software

· Willing to work all or at least most Saturday mornings
