The Company
Located in a stunning office befitting their profile, this boutique agency boasts an exciting niche in prestige and lifestyle properties on the CBD-fringe/ through the inner Eastern Suburbs. This is a solid business that encourages work-life balance.
Your New Role
The property management team rules the roost in this high-end business. Working in a well-oiled team of 4, you will be responsible for
- Day to day landlord & tenant care for an executive portfolio
- Conducting outgoing inspections
- Managing any required repairs and approvals
- Problem solving and attending Tribunal if required
- Arrears management
- Liaising with the Accounts, Leasing and Renewals teams when needed
About You
- No less than 2+ years' experience in Property Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished presentation
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
- Be extremely well-organised, have strong initiative to manage tenant expectations
- Certificate of Registration
- Car and Driver's license
