This is an exciting opportunity for an eager Receptionist/Property Management Administrator to join the most innovative and dynamic new group to hit Sydney! As a new business venture, this is an office headed up by one of Sydney’s top sales professionals that has forged their career in the Inner City and City Fringe for the past 22 years. Operating out of brand new, savvy offices on the City Fringe, this is an individual providing a competitive, five star service with proven results across the most exclusive properties
  

The Role:
As the first point of contact, we are seeking a bright and bubbly individual to show excellent customer service skills. With ongoing training and career potential, the sky is the limit! Initially, your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering and diverting phone calls
  • Supporting the Property Management team
  • Chasing residential rent arrears
  • Uploading properties for lease online & updating social media sites
  • Typing up leases & condition reports
  • Occasionally signing leases & assisting with routine inspections
  • General Administration support
  
The Candidate:
  • Have a current Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Want a long term career in Real Estate
  • Possess a strong work ethic
