We are a busy real estate office prominently located in Thornleigh.
IMMEDIATE START Please note, this is a part-time position. Must be able to work on Monday, Tuesday & Saturdays.
Happy to negotiate hours of work for the right person.
We are looking to find an energetic person to join our friendly & dynamic team.
Ideally you must take pride in your appearance and communicating with others, this role is varied and it is crucial that you have excellent organisational skills.
We are looking for someone who is committed to this role and very flexible.
Will suit someone with experience and/or Console knowledge or trust accounting systems.
Must also have completed real estate certificate.

Role:
- Lease preparation, renewals
- Assist with End of month, mid-month run
- Issuing Termination notices
- Handling arrears
- Liaising with clients,landlords, tenants
- Inspections: in-going/out-goings, periodicals
- Filing, Office duties
- Handling all tenant, repairs, enquiries
- Delegating property maintenance
- Collecting and receipting rental monies
- Updating our website & databases
- Attending Tribunals
- Banking
