An opportunity exists for a friendly and enthusiastic Portfolio Assistant with a good work ethic to join our property management team in our north shore.
 
In this fast paced role, you should be highly organised, able to problem solve, apply a strong attention to detail and use initiative to forward plan and multi task. This is an ideal opportunity to work for a prestigious global organisation and be part of a friendly and hardworking team.


The key responsibilities will include:

• Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team
• Provide concise and professional service liaising with tenants and rental enquiries
• Coordination of property inspections, ensuring the highest standards of customer service
• Media advertising including use of Adobe InDesign
• Maintaining and updating systems including databases, spreadsheets and reports

The successful candidate will have:

• Hold a Certificate of Registration
• Have own car and current drivers license
• Knowledge of Console software or similar
• Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Sound prioritisation and time management skills
