Our client is a private developer that is experiencing and unprecedented amount of growth at the moment. With a specialist focus on small to large scale residential sub divisions, this serious player in the market is outperforming larger and more established groups in urban and regional Victoria.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will initially be focused on the delivery component of a large scale master planned community, in addition to a boutique sized sub division. This group is busy looking at new acquisitions so you may also find yourself performing typical feasibility assessments from time to time.

Our Client is looking for the following:

• Qualifications in Planning, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Finance. 
• 5 -7 years’ experience overall with majority across Land subdivisions
• Strong Project Management capabilities
• Track record in managing all aspects of project delivery including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews and cash flow;
• Key stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills with local authorities, consultants, contractors and key investors
• High performing and engaging team member that buys into the vision
