Our long established inner city suburban real estate office is looking to employ a full time property manager/assistant property manager/leasing agent.
The position offers an exceptional opportunity for a well organised, punctual and self-motivated team player to gain further experience and increase their knowledge base. Not only are our property management systems sound and effective but the support given to our property managers is excellent, including an in-house legal advisor, full time office accountant and various administrative assistants.
The available role is filled with variety. The successful applicant will be responsible to look after a mixed and diverse property portfolio, the position also has an emphasis on business development and growth in the office's property management rent roll, with incentives offered in this regard.
A current drivers license, vehicle and Certificate of Registration under the Property, Stock and Agents Act are essential to the position. Although some property management experience and real estate software knowledge would be preferred, we would also be prepared to provide training to the right applicant.
The salary package will include a salary, car and telephone allowances plus a commission structure, and will be determined in accordance with the suitable applicant's experience, knowledge and skill base.
The position is also suitable for recent graduates.
