We are one of the medium-sized and fast growing property developers in Melbourne, with a diverse and substantial property portfolio comprising of commercial buildings and residential apartments. The head corporation is a successful international property development and investment group.
We are looking for a senior project sales consultant for 2 key multi-million dollar residential projects in the inner South and middle North East. It is full time position and an exceptional career progression opportunity and autonomous role. You will assist developing team with marketing and pricing strategy, following up on marketing leads and enquiries from potential purchasers. It is envisaged that once established you will help management to grow the retail sales team and ideally step into management position yourself.
The role
Full Time Position and Autonomous Role
Working with buyers in existing new apartments or “Off the Plan” Sales
Manage buyers with high levels of customer service to establish key relationship
Entire Sales Process:
Marketing and sales documentation
Manage sales enquiries promptly and professionally
Manage open for inspections and follow up leads
Negotiation and End to sales activity and working towards achieving target
What you'll need to succeed
A strong performer with prior experience in residential sales
Experience working for a developer or project marketing agency
Strong retail sales experience in selling apartment project is essential
3 years industry experience in residential sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A positive attitude is essential
Self-motivated and ability to work weekends
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
Current Victorian Agent rep or license
Reliable car and current driver’s license
