Reporting into the Marketing Director the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing overall strategic direction, planning, implementing and monitoring of all digital marketing activities.
- Digital and Content Strategy - Develop online presence across website content, SEO/SEM/PPC/display. You will coordinate with external agencies to increase acquisition, conversion and quality lead generation;
- Social Media Strategy - Develop and execute the social media content calendar and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. You will implement quality content to increase number of followers and user engagement;
- Database Management - Qualify and segment the database (through Salesforce and Marketo/Pardot), delivering regular, relevant and engaging content. You will implement dynamic EDM campaigns from creation through to delivery and analysis;
- Graphic Design – Produce basic design marketing materials for different (candidate with basic design knowledge will be a bonus);
- Reporting – generate regular campaign reports as required.
Skills & Expertise:
- 5 or more years of similar experience;
- A Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related area;
- Have experience across website and content management, social media strategy development, email marketing implementation and database segmentation;
- Proven experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce), Content Management Systems, social channels along with a sound understanding of SEO/SEM best practices;
- Sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) will be desirable;
- Basic knowledge of HTML & advanced skills in MS Office Suite;
- Strong communications skills and previous experience managing external agencies is preferred but not a must;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects;
- Relevant Property Marketing experience is preferable.
