Reporting into the Marketing Director the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing overall strategic direction, planning, implementing and monitoring of all digital marketing activities.

  1. Digital and Content Strategy - Develop online presence across website content, SEO/SEM/PPC/display. You will coordinate with external agencies to increase acquisition, conversion and quality lead generation;
  2. Social Media Strategy - Develop and execute the social media content calendar and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. You will implement quality content to increase number of followers and user engagement;
  3. Database Management - Qualify and segment the database (through Salesforce and Marketo/Pardot), delivering regular, relevant and engaging content. You will implement dynamic EDM campaigns from creation through to delivery and analysis;
  4. Graphic Design – Produce basic design marketing materials for different (candidate with basic design knowledge will be a bonus);
  5. Reporting – generate regular campaign reports as required.

Skills & Expertise:

  • 5 or more years of similar experience;
  • A Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related area;
  • Have experience across website and content management, social media strategy development, email marketing implementation and database segmentation;
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce), Content Management Systems, social channels along with a sound understanding of SEO/SEM best practices;
  • Sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) will be desirable;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & advanced skills in MS Office Suite;
  • Strong communications skills and previous experience managing external agencies is preferred but not a must;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects;
  • Relevant Property Marketing experience is preferable.
