We are seeking to appoint an experienced Agent Support to work alongside our amazing team in the brand new Place Woolloongabba sales office. 

 

No two days will be the same, and our team works at an incredibly fast paced speed to ensure our client and our community always come first!

 

Applicants must be prepared to show initiative and work under their own time management and planning whilst meeting multiple deadlines and role commitments. This will be only suitable to those who have a thirst for achieving results and doing what it takes to get them over the line – this isn’t just a job, but an opportunity to build a successful career, and to have a lot of fun while you are doing it #lifeatplace

 

You will provide extensive administration and sales support to a high performing, successful team of agents. 

 

Your typical day will look like:

  • Administration assistance to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity
  • Coordinating all marketing books and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings
  • Managing the Team's day to day tasks
  • Assisting the Office Manager and Customer Service team with general office duties as required

 

 You will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role within the real estate industry
  • A solution focused approach, pro-activity & initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package
  • A marketing background is a strong advantage
  • Holding a current QLD Registration Certificate is highly regarded
