Opportunity for Property Manager - Eastern Suburbs Melbourne

This agency has been operating for 40+ years in Melbourne's premium boutique real estate market. Operating in Camberwell, Hawthorn, Toorak & South Yarra, you will have the opportunity to manage an array of high end apartments, penthouses & homes in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

With a team of 5 in Property Management including a Department Manager and a an assistant property manager to work between the 3 Property Managers, join a well structured & setup team. 

You will be managing 155 properties with support. This agency caps their portfolio to ensure the Property Managers done become burnt out & to ensure service to their landlords. With 1 in 6 Saturdays, take a step into a more professional and structure role, with a bit of life balance!

The Details
Title: Property Manager
Salary: 60,000 - $65,000 + Super + letting & new business commissions + parking

•   Office based in Inner Eastern Suburbs  
•   Handle 155 properties
•   Amazing culture & tenure of employment is excellent
•   1 in 6 Saturdays or less only
