CENTURY 21 Boardwalk Rockingham – Secret Harbour is a family owned and operated company that has a strong reputation for providing top quality Property Management services.

Currently we are seeking an experienced and quality service driven Property Manager to manage a moderate sized portfolio located in the Rockingham and surrounding areas (with the assistance of our support team).

The successful applicant will need to provide outstanding customer service, a strong work ethic and moral compass, thorough work standard and a strong knowledge of the RTA. This applicant must also genuinely love and enjoy working in the field of Property Management.

This applicant must also enjoy some good office banter, birthday cake almost every other week and after work drinks.

Responsibilities include:

• Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors as required
• Manage maintenance requests – quotations & issuing work orders
• Process and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections & final bond inspections
• New lease sign ups and lease renewals
• Attend court if required
• Manage administration of property portfolio through REST, filesmart, Inspection Manager & IRE
• Use a checklist system for tasks

To be successful for this role:

• Minimum 2 years' Experience as a Property Manager
• Current Certificate of Registration
• Ability to effectively communicate with all clients
• Provide a high level of customer service in dealings with clients and contractors
• Competent and thorough work standard in all tasks
• A genuine interest for Property Management
• Strong knowledge of the RTA (Interpreting, explaining and working in accordance with the Act)
• Well presented
• Current Full "C" class WA driving license
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, REST & Inspection Manager experience highly regarded)
• Tribunal Experience highly regarded
• Own camera & camera cards
