The Role: 

• Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners
• Lease negotiation and renewals 
• Working closely with your Director to deliver leasing strategy plans to ensure the best business outcomes for both owners and tenants
• Financial management and reporting 
• Maintenance and CAPEX works 
• New software of Cirrus 8

The Ideal Candidate: 
You will have a strong desire to achieve exceptional results and reap the rewards, both financially and through seeing the business thrive. You will take ownership of the role and be a strong, confident business representative. You will have strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills. You will have previous experience in a commercial property management environment and confidence to make decisions where required.
