Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager, this is a role that will see a lucky individual work under an experienced Senior, on a local based portfolio.
  
The Role:
Reporting into a fantastic Senior Property Manager with a plethora of experience, on a day to day basis you will be required to:

• Supporting a Senior Property Manager with 300 properties
• Liaising with Tenants
• Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
• Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Conduct routine inspections
• Arrears control
• As hoc administration
• Using REST, Filesmart & Inspection Manager

  
The Candidate:

• A current Certificate of Registration
• Previous Real Estate experience is essential
• A Valid Drivers License and Car
• Have a positive approach with a strong customer focus
• Outstanding written & oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Act
