We are looking for exceptional people who are willing to take on responsibility and play an active role in our success as we continue to grow. In order to ensure our continued success in Australia, this new position has been created to help facilitate the success of the Property Department.
Reporting to the Property Director you will be responsible for a multitude of tasks in an ever changing and fast paced environment. The core responsibilities of this key role are to assisting the Property Director with all administrative functions encompassed in ongoing property acquisitions and development.
Administration functions will include document control of legal requirements, freehold/leasing agreements, maintaining accurate records, preparation of detailed reports, financial function accountabilities, extensive rental management, liaise with all sector department heads across the organization, coordinating demanding schedules, providing confidential administrative support, project support, writing memo's, implementing policies and procedures with staff when required and all general administration duties as instructed.
You will possess outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal, you are highly organized with the ability to multitask across the business with flexibility and adaptability to meet tight deadlines. You have the capacity to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders developing their trust and respect and you demonstrate assertiveness to take charge of situations without direction where required.
It is crucial you have been exposed to this level of demand in the past. You have the ability to absorb and interpret financial information and possess a high level of initiative, attention to detail, outstanding organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills is a must.
The key to your success is your commitment and dedication to learn and understand the ALDI business model and customer needs. Ideally you will have gained you experience working within a similar position within the corporate sector to understand structure and core corporate values.
A background as a Commercial Property Manager Property Developer, Construction or similar would be favorably looked upon.
