Spring Professional are proud to be partnered with this internationally based global specialist investor in retail and commercial property. This major group have offices/investments across Europe, Asia, USA and Australia with span across commercial/hotels/industrial and retail shopping centres.
We are seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing strategy and drive income across their VIC based retail shopping centres, with initial focus across one of their large centre assets in VIC.
The key areas of responsibility will be to complete complex lease negotiations on specific retail projects with a key focus on introducing new and exciting food/fashion brands and working with executive team on remix strategy. Successful candidates will have strong negotiation skills and have an edge over competitors because of their tenacity, relationships and networking ability.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large international property group who have huge expansion plans for Australia.
The candidate: We are interested in speaking with experienced retail leasing professionals who have proven exposure across the shopping centre landlord/retailer side. At this stage, there is no preference retailer/landlord.
