We have an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional account management, follow up and problem solving skills to manage one of our busiest portfolio's.

We are looking for an organised and confident candidate who can work well under pressure and has strong conflict resolution skills to join our Property Team as a Property Manager. This is a full time position working within a very fast paced environment.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Day to day running of desk; managing owners, tenants and administration
  • Portfolio management of 200+
  • Supporting the Head of Property Management for any 2IC requirements
  • Conducting regular routine inspections
  • Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Liaising daily with landlords and tenants
  • Working closely with the leasing and new business teams
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Managing electronic filing
  • Signing of leases
  • Follow company procedures to a high standard and provide second to none customer service

  • Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working well under pressure
  • Confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Strong follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Must be presentable

  • Must have a Certificate of Registration
  • Previous experience within the Real Estate industry
  • Must have experience working as an experienced Senior Property Manager
  • Must have right to work in Australia
