About the Client: 
Our client has built their company from scratch and are now facing rapid growth. Their current projects include joint ventures, residential and hotels. They are also acquiring land for large subdivisions and town centre developments.

About the role:

• Be involved in the end to end development process;
• Manage the feasibility process with the DM and Construction firm; 
• Prepare contracts, legal documentation and other related documents;
• Sit in on all relative meetings with internal and external stakeholders; 
• Assist in building procurement activities;
• Manage relationships with external consultants; 
• Attend all sales meetings and action all marketing.

About you:

• A relative tertiary qualification in property; or matched experience;
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of large scale projects;
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
• Highly developed abilities in stakeholder/relationship management;
