Harrington Estates is seeking a full time exceptional sales consultant to be part of their team.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the company routines and procedures.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about matching people with property.

The right person will be responsible for:

  • Achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Completing all necessary documentation associated with selling property.
  • Demonstrating an ability to convert potential interest into confirmed sales.
  • Maintaining the client database, identifying possible opportunities and establishing new connections with potential clients.
  • Providing estate tours for clients as necessary.
  • Providing customers with outstanding service.
  • Generating and maintaining a client database and keeping in touch with customers to guide them through all aspects of the sales process.
  • Targeting and connecting with potential customers effectively.
  • Following up on all sales enquiries from customers in a timely manner
  • Managing relationships with private and builder clients
  • Provide ongoing assistance to clients throughout the construction process

The ideal applicant will:

  • be willing and able to work weekends.
  • have an excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • have immaculate presentation.
  • be a self-starter, driven and hungry for success.
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • have a full drivers licence and their own car.
  • have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.
  • be competent in use of computer systems.
