About the role
Reporting to the Sales Manager- Metro South, you will be based in one of our stylish display homes. Your key responsibilities will be to provide assistance and support to both customers and Sales Consultants.
Some of your day-to-day tasks will be to:
- Relate to and build rapport with potential and existing customers- both on the phone as well as in person;
- Understand and contribute to the management of the display homes; and
- Assist Sales Consultants in the preparation of customer information;
Applicants will need to be available weekdays and weekends, and be able to work with a flexible roster.
About you
We are looking for people who have a passion for new homes and the customer journey of building their dream home.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attitudes:
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
- Strong computer skills;
- Experience in sales and selling; and
- A genuine interest and/or experience in housing;
