This east-based not-for-profit organisation manages a diverse portfolio across Victoria, servicing a faith-based community with residential and commercial sites.
Your new role
Reporting to the Property Manager, your new role will see you acting as key point of contact for Property and Facilities-related enquiries and administration of leases.
Your new role is supported by a collaborative office, with the leasing admin aspect largely being your responsibility. This position will require you to liaise with the Property Services team on various property related matters. You will be responsible for processing invoices and maintenance department records, data input and lease audits, as well as assisting in the negotiation and renewal of commercial leases.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in Property Management with a comprehensive understanding of leasing and the Rights and Responsibilities of tenants and landlords. You will need:
- Demonstrated skills in leasing administration and audits, database entry and rental arrears
- Experience in diverse property portfolio with focus on commercial sites
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a not-for-profit environment is desirable
An advanced ability in MS Office is desired as the maintenance of complex databases is an essential component of your role. Relevant property qualifications are also highly desirable.
What you'll get in return
You will be joining a supportive and dedicated office, gaining exposure to a unique and diverse property portfolio.
