About the role

·        Full-time candidate preferable, or part-time with flexible working hours

·        Draw training scope and plan, built up training activity, establish full structured sales training program, organize full standard and procedure

·        Conduct research on training demand based on company overall selling strategy and plan

·        Responsible and supervise ongoing training activities for sales team

·        Support Managing Director with external training activities and seminar launching for clients

·        Establish training record, evaluate training outcome based on content, target and training method

Skills and experience

One of Victoria's most reputable and progressive Real Estate companies is looking for an experienced and successful sales trainer to join our fast-growing business in Melbourne CBD to support long-term training for our successful sales team, manage the fundamental industry knowledge training and ongoing soft skills training process and help the team to be more dollar productive.

·        Experienced training system operation in real estate industry or relevant sales industry

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Long-term Visa without work limitation

·        Good researching, writing and speech skill with ethical, passionate, easy-going personality

·        Mandarin or Chinese Speaking will be an advantageous but not necessary
