Working in a small, friendly and supportive team, you will be working alongside a Team Leader, Leasing and Property Officer with the management of a growing portfolio that currently has over 300 properties.

Awesome working environment, ongoing support and the opportunity to grow within the company.

The Duties:

• Managing over 300 properties with a support from a Team Leader, Leasing, Property Officer and Accounts.
• You will be managing the Property Management department, which very manageable.
• Liaising with the landlords, building a strong relationship
• Chasing Arears
  
  

You will need to have:

• Over 2 + years' experience as a Property Manager
• Must have Certificate of Registration
• Driver's license
• Immaculately presented
• Exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic
• Excellent people skills and customer service.
• Preferably local
