First National Real Estate Lewis Prior has a position available for a Residential Property Manager, in the South West of Adelaide, with an eye to the future and career expansion. We are seeking a person with a passion for property and genuine customer service.
About Us:
We are a highly respected and award winning Real Estate Agency located in the South West of Adelaide with a reputation for outstanding customer service. We utilise "Quality Assured' systems and procedures and are proud to have consistently low arrears and vacancy rates. Importantly, the Principal has personally worked as a property manager and understands the day to day support and mentorship that is required in this specialised department.
The Role:
You will be employed as a Property Manager teamed with an experienced Senior Property Manager, working together with a specified job description including but not limited to marketing, open inspections, leasing, ingoing and routine inspections, maintenance, arrears, while maintaining high levels of communication. You will not be required to do presentations to potential new landlords.

Experienced with REST/FileSmart preferred but not essential.
The ability to work within our framework of procedures.

Remuneration:
Generous salary package will be negotiable in the range of $45,000 to $55,000 depending upon experience and will include a modern vehicle and mobile phone. Training and Education requirements to gain Property Manager licensing will be reimbursed to the successful application. Conditions Apply.
