Our client is an exceptional real estate business located in Sydney's Inner West. A very strong independent brand and leaders in the area they work in, they have an impressive presence in their local market. This well established award winning office this is a great opportunity for a real go-getter who has the drive, enthusiasm and determination to get into real estate and succeed.

The Position

This is not your average Reception role! Joining an established and very successful business, and based on the front desk you will be responsible for not only the day to day running of the front office you will be providing support to the Sales & Property Management team.

  • Being the first point of contact for the office
  • Directing all incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are prepared for clients
  • General email correspondence
  • Database management
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies
  • Running the tidiness of the office boardrooms
  • Your days will be exciting and varied there will never be a dull moment
  • This role is Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week in lieu

The Person

To take on this role, you will have previous Reception experience or office admin experience preferred but not essential

  • Immaculately presented
  • Previous reception/administration experience in a fast paced role
  • Highly organised and high attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Real estate experience is not necessary however would be an advantage
  • NSW Certificate of Registration or be willing to obtain one
