About The Company:

Our client, a well-known agency based in the South of Melbourne's CBD area are looking for a switched on operator to assist the property management team.

This role would suit someone who has administration experience within real estate and is looking to take a step up.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Tenancy administration and documentation
• Administrative support to Property Management Department in general
• Handling walk-ins and being first point of contact
• Support to the Property Portfolio Managers when required
• Departmental administration and organisation
• Planning office functions

Experience Required:

• Solid Admin experience
• Positive attitude
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Conflict resolution skills, time management & multi tasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate typing and PC skills, including MS Office
• Conduct strong work ethic
