Established in 1945 this family owned Northern Suburb Real Estate Agency has grown into a strong six office network and are well renowned leaders in the Industry. We are constantly looking for competent and potential employees to join our continuously growing company.

A positions is currently available in our Reservoir office for a Sales Cadet to join our experienced team. The right person will be provided with a base salary inc super + commission incentives based on KPIs with the opportunity to advance into a Sales Consultant.
 
About The Role:

Applicants are required to be able to successfully undertake the following tasks: 

* Capable of picking up the phone and cold calling to prospect for new listings
* Willing to door knock houses and complete drops on a daily basis
* Comfortable having an income dependent upon their own actions and success
* Willing to attend 'Open For Inspections' & private inspections
* Assisting with phone & email enquiries
* Conducting Buyer Follow Up via telephone and email. 
* Self-driven and able to follow scripts and dialogues
* Willing to work Saturdays


Essential Requirements:

• Current Drivers licence and a reliable car 
• Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
• Excellent personal presentation
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer service focused
• Ability to follow systems and procedures also the ability to work in a team is paramount 
• Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
• Discipline to follow procedures and process
• Experience negotiating skills and proven ability to build rapport
• Experience working with a range of IT & software platform
