Alternate lender to the real estate market requires an experienced Credit Analyst to join their expanding NSW focused team.    

The role

Working as part of a high performing team, the role of Credit Analyst will be responsible for complex financial analysis for senior debt financing of real estate investments and development projects. You will be responsible for the preparation of credit submissions for prospective clients and maintaining strong
relationships with an existing portfolio. 

Your profile

In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is important you are able to meet the following criteria:

• Business and technical experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Treasury, Credit Analytics or financial management of a minimum 2 years.
• Understanding of property cash-flows, interest rate risk and corporate debt instruments.
• Moderate to strong Excel knowledge, with some financial modelling experience.
• Understanding of economic cause and effect relationships in relation to the impact of debt and interest rate markets.
• Experience in property beneficial.
• Understanding of debt metrics, interest cover ratio, debt service cover ratio, and loan to value covenants.
