With a close knit, dynamic team that work extremely well together, they are currently seeking a driven Marketing & Sales Administrator to support a team of top performing selling Principal. 

This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. 

The Role:

• Support one of the best & most reputable Sale Agents in the East
• Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Prepare 'Just Listed' & 'Just Sold' Templates/Letters
• Prepare and update pre-listing kits
• Prepare appraisal documentation
• Responding to email enquiries
• Database management
• Attend pre-settlement inspections
• Exchange contracts
• Organising gifts and communications during sales process
• General administration tasks

Experience & Benefits:

• Previous Real Estate Experience
• Must possess a massive amount of energy
• Have strong presentation and communication skills
• Definite career progression 
• Salary negotiable around $70K
