This is an exciting opportunity offering a Property Manager the opportunity to join a leading franchise agency rapidly expanding through the Eastern Suburbs. Operating on Sydney’s busiest beach, we are seeking someone with a previous experience to join a Department with a proven track record to constantly strive to be the best of the best!
  
The Role:
Working Predominantly Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage beautiful homes and investment properties on the Eastern Suburbs leisurely coastline. With low maintenance and low repairs, on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the management of a neat and tidy portfolio of 80 properties
• Completing ingoing and outgoing reports
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Complete lease renewals
• Routine inspections
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• NO Accounts
• NO Business Development

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management Experience
• A proven track record of performance
• Own car and drivers licence
• Immaculate presentation & strong communication skills
• REST experience would be ideal
• The ability to deal with high end properties and clientele
