Duties
- Manage portfolio of 100-200 properties
- Tenant and landlord liaison
- Routine inspections
- Arrears
- Assisting with the growth of the division
- Open for inspections and tenancy applications
- Leasing / Lease re-newels
- General Administration
- Conduction outgoing/ ongoing and routine inspections
- Organizing maintenance requests and follow-up
Requirements:
- Minimal 1 year experience managing a portfolio of properties
- Mandarin/English Skills (Essential)
- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Thorough understanding of The Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent Time Management
- Immaculate Presentation
- Knowledge & A Good Understanding of All Aspects of Property Management
- An Eye for Detail
- Current Drivers licence and a Reliable car
- Able to use property tree or similar property management software
