Property Administration Assistant

Are you looking for a fast paced and rewarding role with a motivated, high energy and passionate team?

 

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication & admin skills to join our Property Management Team located in our Head Office in Redfern on a max term 6 month contract. Reporting to the NSW & ACT Manager of Property you will be responsible for assisting in the management of strategic planning, project workflow and reporting of our property works and property asset under our management.

 

Experience with financial systems and the full Microsoft office suite is required. Providing support to the NSW & ACT Manager of Property and broader team you will have insight into all ongoing property works projects.

Being a self-starter who can deal with the details is a must - as our manager relies on you to keep them up to date.

 

The Essentials:

• Willingness to promote the values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Knowledge of work health safety obligations and to practice these in the workplace in line with TSA policy & procedures and legislation
• Professional development required to maintain skills for the role
• 3+ years’ experience in an administrative and/or project management positions
• Certificate III in Business Administration

 

Skills & Behaviours:

• Experience working in the Property industry
• Confidentiality in all areas of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency working in a MS Windows environment utilising Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel is advantageous
• Ability to work to deadlines and work under conflicting time pressures
• A commitment to quality and customer service
• A professional attitude
