The Role
The House and Land Administrator’s primary focus is to assist the General Manager in the operations, marketing and administrative requirements house and land packages. This includes support to the sales team in the coordinator, administration and delivery of house and land packages to the international investment sales team.
This role is responsible for:
- Create House & Land packages using Oliver Hume’s in-house process
- Coordinator, prepare and administer the package printing and distribution to Channel Managers to ensure presentation point-of-sale is up to date and accurate
- Develop and maintain a House & Land database of relevant packages to suit the investment channel needs
- Assist with construction updates and communication with channels where required in relation to settlements
- In conjunction with marketing team and Channel Manager ensure an effective and efficient delivery of marketing communication to 3rd party agents and refers
- Coordinating invoicing and payments
- Reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the General Manager and the Channel Sales team
- Relieve reception during lunch breaks and annual leave/sick days
About you
To be successful in our House and Land Administrator position you will have:
- Previous experience in either Land or Home sales, Real Estate, building or similar industry experience
- Tertiary qualification preferred
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Proficient software skills in standard business applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
