Your New Role
As the new Business Development Manager you will have the acumen to align both the property management and sales sector's into leads-appraisals-new business. You will be a highly organised and diverse individual with your sights set on nothing but success!! You will have all the tools and support to scope your career to its full capacity.
Your responsibilities will include
Responding to new management enquiries promptly, listing presentations & rental appraisals, comply with company checklist policy & procedure, conduct handovers to property managers, prospecting plans/reporting. Working closely alongside with the sales and property management team. Maintain and develop client relationships, offer professional advice to clients.
A bit about you
You MUST have real estate experience. Being able to build and manage relationships whilst attaining new business. Previous sales experience within the industry is highly favourable. Knowledge of the strata industry and NSW markets. Having a genuine interest and passion in growing a business!
