As a Campaign Coordinator in our Castle Hill office, your primary responsibility is to support the agents and property management staff with all their property marketing needs. Manage the end to end process including creating, approving and delivering marketing materials, while ensuring compliance with corporate marketing policies, procedures and guidelines and within supplier deadlines.

Key Duties and Essential Functions:
•  Work alongside marketing team, coordinate and create     new marketing material

•  Creating and designing artwork through our templating system (CampaignTRACK) and proofing to agents/property management

•  Assisting agents with all marketing enquiries and/or issues
•  Making all sales and property management properties live on all website portals
•  Ensuring all of the marketing deadlines that apply to the business are met daily
•  Manage all custom artwork designs by liaising with corporate office designers
•  Daily communication sent to agents with all deadlines for that day, following through until complete

Skills & Experience Required:
•  Committed to providing 6 star service both internally and externally
•  High level organisation and time management skills
•  Ability to maintain quality of work without sacrificing detail and working to deadlines
•  Highly developed telephone, written & verbal communication skills
•  Experience with Real Estate advantageous, not essential
