Our Client is a private development firm that specialises in commercial and large retail spaces. Their entire portfolio is developed and managed by them, it is inclusive of a shopping precinct (with cinema). The diversity of the portfolio, along with the exposure to development is something not to be missed. 

Your new role 
Reporting into the development director your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Implementing a CRM and managing it
• Managing a mixed portfolio of retail (inclusive of a cinema and complex) and commercial properties - 20
• Managing new and existing client relationships
• Lease renewals and negotiations
• Tenant liaison
• Transfer of leases
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• Monthly/annual budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Strategic planning of assets

About you

• Previous Commercial Property Management experience
• In depth knowledge of Commercial leases
• Knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act.
• First class verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Highly organised and able to perform under pressure
